In this video tutorial, I show you how to install WordPress on a self-hosted server.
I will be installing WordPress on DreamHost, but you should be able to do something similar with the host of your choice.

Please note: In this tutorial I installed WordPress into a test folder. If you are not sure where you want to install WordPress, just install it to the root of your domain name by selecting it in the drop down menu and leaving the second input field blank.
