Yes, the theme can be used in other countries.
Language Support: The theme has NOT been tested to support different languages. People have made it work to support different languages. Unfortunately I don’t know how much work was involved to get it to work and what problems they may have come across.
Currency Support: PayPal supports over 25 different currencies. Read more here.
Payment Gateways: Some countries do not allow PayPal, but there are additional payment gateway options that you can add to your beat store. Check out this link to see additional payment gateways.
