What Account Type?

• You only need a PayPal Standard account, which has no monthly fee.
• You DO NOT need a PayPal business account to accept payments.

Requirements

• Your PayPal account must be active and verified by PayPal to accept payments.

PayPal Fees

• The PayPal transaction fee is 4.4% of each sale plus $0.30. More Info

PayPal API

• You do not need to add any PayPal API information for the beat store to work. Just add your PayPal email address.

PayPal Isn’t Working

If you get this page below, follow the two suggestions:

1. Make Sure You Have Added Your Active PayPal Email Address

1. In WordPress, click Settings under Beat Store
2. Click Payment Gateways
3. Click PayPal Standard
4. Enter your active verified PayPal email address
   • The email address needs to be verified through PayPal to work and accept payments. How do I verify my PayPal account?
5. Click Save Changes

2. Make Sure Your PayPal Email Address is Active & Verified

How to verify your email address:

1. Visit PayPal.com
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click the Icon New to Profile in the header.
4. Complete the steps on your To-do list if there are any.
