How to Log In to Your Account

1. Go to the Forgot Password Page (Link)

Here is a direct link to your My Account page.

2. Enter the Email Address Used to Buy The Theme

Enter the email address you used to buy the Music Maker Theme.

• If it can not find your email address, check your email box and search for previous emails of Music Maker theme updates to confirm you are entering the correct email address. This will save you time from waiting for assistance.

3.  Check I’m Not a Robot

4. Click Get New Password

5. Check Your Email Box

• It may take a couple of minutes.
• Also, check your spam folder.

Not Getting the Email?

1. Add support@store.hiphopmakers.com to your email contacts.
2. Try submitting your email address again.
3. Check your email box and spam box.

6. Click the Link at the Bottom of the Email

7. Enter a New Password & Click Reset Password

8. Click Log In

9. Login to Your Account

• The username is in your email.
• Click the Login Button.

10. Click View Details & Downloads

There you can download files and get your license key number.

What if I can’t remember the email address I used to purchase the theme?

If you can’t recall the email address, search your email inboxes (including spam/junk folders) for any emails from “HipHopMakers” or containing your license key. If you still can’t find it, you can try contacting support through the help website, providing as much information as possible about your purchase (name, date of purchase, etc.).

What do I do with the MusicMaker.zip file after downloading it?

The MusicMaker.zip file is the theme file itself and should NOT be unzipped for theme updates. You will use this file to update your theme through the WordPress admin dashboard. Refer to the “How to Update the Music Maker Theme” article for detailed instructions.

Where do I enter my license key?

You can find the license activation page under the Appearance > Theme License.

What if the download link in my account isn’t working?

First, make sure your theme license is still active. If it is, try using a different web browser to download the file. Sometimes, browser extensions or temporary issues can interfere with downloads.

How long do I have access to the downloaded files?

Once you have successfully downloaded the MusicMaker.zip file and any bonus graphics, you can keep these files for your records. However, to access the latest updates and support in the future, your theme license needs to be active.
