Beat Store Overlay Window Doesn’t Open

If the overlay window in the beat player appears empty and looks like the image below, here are some tips to troubleshoot this problem.

Here are two things to try out:

1. Update Your Permalinks
   1. Click Permalinks under Settings on the sidebar.
   2. On the Permalink Settings Page, click the Post Name option.
   3. Click Save Changes.
2. Clear Your Browser Cache – Clear your browser files to make sure the theme files are updated in your browser. You can test it in another browser to see if the overlay window works.
