If you get this error message, this happens because you haven’t installed and activated all the required WordPress plugins.
- Follow the steps and videos under 1. Install Theme & Plugins
- Make sure you install & activate the required plugins.
- Test the link you had the issue with.
If you have a pre-existing website, try deactivating ALL WordPress plugins besides the ones recommended for the theme. Another WordPress plugin may be causing a problem.
Access The Shopping Cart Menu Page
Follow the instructions above to ensure the “WP Menu Cart” plugin is installed and activated.
To confirm the plugin is activated, click Plugins and look for WP Menu Cart.

Under Settings, click Menu Cart Setup to edit the WP Menu Cart settings.
