File Downloads Don’t Work

If purchased beat downloads or free beat downloads do not work, please try the following:

1. Clear and deactivate any cache plugins.
   • Then test the download link.
2. Double check the file download links to make sure it has been added properly.
   • Then test the download link.
3. Update Download Method:
   1. In WordPress click Settings under Beat Store.
   2. Click the Misc Tab.
   3. Click the File Download text link.
   4. Under Download Method, change whatever option is selected.
      • If Forced is selected, select Redirect.
      • If Redirect is selected, select Force.
   5. Click the Save Changes button.
   6. Then test the download link.
